TERMS AND CONDITION
RESERVATION
Reservation is available via fax or email or telephone
PAYMENT
25 percent advance payment must be paid on booking.
100 percent payment must be paid at least 7 days before the tour date
Payment can be cash or transfer.
CANCELATION BY CUSTOMERS
Cancelation 30 days before the tour date is charged 0
Cancelation 15 days before the tour date is charged 20 %
Cancelation 7 days before the tour date is charged 50 %
Cancelation 2 day before the tour date is charged 100 %
CANCELATION BY TOUR COMPANY
Please note that the company is acting as an agent for service rendered. Even after deposit of full payment has been made, all arrangements are still subjected to final confirmation. If for unforeseeable circumstances the arrangement can not be finalized and has to be cancelled, the company will endeavor to notify the customer at least 1 week before the departure. At times, dues to low subscription, the company may choose to cancel the entire tour 14 days prior to departure.
In the case “Free and Easy”, packages, accommodations and all services are strictly on request and are subjected to confirmation. The company may recommend alternative if available.
Please note that surcharges may apply on the case by case basis and the customer will be advised accordingly. Should the customer not decided not accept the alternatives, all refund will be made accordingly by the company and without further obligation. The company shall not be held liable for any further responsibilities.
The customer shall receive the refund within 4-6 weeks upon the company notifying the customer of the tour cancellation
UNUSED SERVICE
No refund will be made in respect to accommodation, meals sightseeing tour or any other services which are included in the tour fare but not utilized by the tour participant, either in part or full. Or where passenger amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour participant, either in part or full, or where passenger amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Getaway Tours (when deemed necessary) reserves the right to: (1) cancel any itinerary or any part of it; (2) make any alterations to the itinerary (including but not limited to substitution of hotels, attractions, destinations, and the order of the itinerary) taking into consideration the practicality of the itinerary or to accommodate any unforeseen issues that may arise on the ground; and (3) decline to accept or to retain any person as a tour passenger should such person’s health, mental or physical condition, in the sole opinion of Getaway Tours, impede the operation of the tour of the other passengers. Tour passengers are held responsible for being in sufficient good health to undertake the tour. If a passenger is asked to leave while the tour is in progress, that person will be responsible for charges incurred on account of such departure from the tour and/or return to his/her home country. In such a case, Getaway Tours will not refund any monies. Getaway Tours will accept no further liability or obligation toward that person or third party.
LIABILITY
Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time or printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourists agreement to the above conditions.
